After months of hard work, it’s time to review the progress of Project Kancil. With a busy schedule, I lost track of the updates, but the good news is the project is almost at its end. The car has gone through several transformations, and the final upgrades are just around the corner.
New White Paint Job for Project Kancil
First, let me talk about the most noticeable change — the paint job. I had the Kancil painted in a sleek Honda Accord white, and the result is stunning. The painting process took about three weeks, but it was well worth the wait. The car looks fresh and ready for the next stage of upgrades. The glossy finish is a significant improvement over the previous look, making it stand out even more on the road.

Custom Rear Spoiler and L2 Side Skirt
Along with the new paint, I also added a customized rear spoiler. I chose an aftermarket CROSS spoiler that fits perfectly with the overall design. It gives the car a sporty and aggressive look, which I love. However, not everything is perfect. The L2 side skirt I installed didn’t turn out as expected. The outcome isn’t quite as sleek as I imagined, and I might remove it soon. I will likely replace it with something that complements the car’s new style better.

What’s Next for Project Kancil?
Now, the focus is on the remaining accessories and upgrades. One of the final touches I want to add is reflection stickers. These stickers are commonly used in Japanese car modifications, and I think they’ll give the Kancil a unique touch. The idea is to add a bit of that iconic Japanese car style while keeping the car looking clean and stylish.
The side skirt will likely be removed, but the reflection stickers will definitely enhance the overall look of the car. I’m also considering some minor accessories like new rims or even a small interior update. However, I want to keep things simple and not overdo it. I believe subtle enhancements are key.
Conclusion
In conclusion, Project Kancil is almost complete. The car looks fantastic with its new white paint job, and the customized spoiler gives it an exciting new character. While I’m not entirely satisfied with the L2 side skirt, the rest of the project is coming along nicely. The final step will be the addition of the reflection stickers, which I’m excited to install soon.
I hope you enjoyed reading about the progress so far. If you have any suggestions or advice on the side skirt or other upgrades, feel free to drop a comment. I’d love to hear your thoughts as I put the finishing touches on Project Kancil.
